Albergo Etico Asti ticked all the boxes for me - just like enjoying a traditional Roman carbonara with a perfect creamy texture and pecorino Romano cheese at my favorite local trattoria.From the helpful staff to the delightful breakfast room in the cellar, this hotel truly captured the essence of Italian hospitality. The central location allowed me to easily explore Asti's charming streets and indulge in the local culinary scene, just like wandering through the historic streets of Trastevere to find the best authentic gelateria in Rome.my stay at this hotel was magnifico!
